Hi Mari Mogami!

Great to get your message!  Your Spanish is perfect!!!!  It’s not fair!!
I’m guessing that your English is perfect as well, so no need to write in Spanish this time!

Thanks for your message!  I’m glad you can take some time to relax with your family and I’m happy for your uncle!  What a great story that he worked so hard and can now finally do what he wants.  That’s great.

About those drunk kids in Baba, young drunk Japanese are so funny.  Every single time I drink at the hub some young drunk kids come up and start talking to me.  I think everyone is just dying to speak English and sometimes I wonder what the point is of learning other languages.  : )  .

But they are all very nice and I know they studied hard and just want to practice so it’s ok.  They will have to start asking me some new questions however because I get tired of:

1. Where are you from?
 Answer: America
2.  Where in America?
 Answer: Ohio.
Reply:  ahh… Ohayou Gozaimasu!!  <—-I’ve heard this one 2003948 times.
3. Do you like Japanese food?

So you live on the ooedo sen!  I take that to work where I teach English (Akabanebashi).  I teach two days a week for a tobacco distributor.

However, this is my last semester at Waseda and I’m currently looking for a full-time business job.  I do not want to go back to America but will stay either in Japan or go to Vietnam.  I just like the people in Asia much better.

So yes, I hope we can see each other soon.  My friends and I usually go out very often in Takadanobaba.  I’ll let you know when we do. Here is my keitai e-mail: xxxxxxx

Have a relaxing Golden Week!
