Theme: The ways I’m different from everyone else

Today I feel pretty good even though I have conditioning.  I hope it snows sometime soon.  Snow is great because it’s neat to look at and have snowball fights.  I can’t wait till Christmas.  I have this ritual that I do; I get up at 3:30 in the morning and look at all the stuff I got and open my presents and look in my stocking, and look outside and it’s neat.  I can’t wait.

Now I have more things to say after reading my old journal entire.  I love Christmas, it’s my favorite holiday.  My 2nd favorite holiday is Halloween.  All my friends and family are at home having fun and I’m stuck here.  This is a big change from grade school because in grade school I’d be out playing right now because I always got my homework done at school and had playtime from after school till about 9:00 and basketball practice was only an hour and a half 2-3 times a week and was fun.  I remember walking to practice sometimes after school, even that was fun and it was 3-4 miles because practically the whole basketball team was walking there and we would stop at Dairy Mart and get some candy and pop and be on our way.  It was so much easier back then and it was funner.

I wish I never had to leave grade school but of course I would take it for granted because I wouldn’t know all the work there is in high school.  I loved grade school because you knew everybody perfectly.  You knew everything about them, now it’s all different.  High school wouldn’t be that bad if I didn’t have to stay here till 7:30 pm.  It would be great if I did what everybody else did, get here at 7:45 am, leave at 3:00.  Gosh this practice is going to last forever, even though it’s been 35 minutes already.  I have one more page to go and I’m off to doing more wonderful homework.
